Brown and Commons out for Ajax clash
Celtic have it all to do tomorrow night when they face Ajax, with nothing less than a win required to keep their European hopes alive.
The Hoops didn’t have the best preparation for the game after drawing 0-0 with Kilmarnock and seemingly holding back with Thursday on their minds.
Ajax warmed up for their trip to Glasgow with a 5-1 win over Cambuur and sit three points clear at the top of the Eredivisie league table.
The teams drew 2-2 the last time they met in the opening game in Group A but that won’t be enough for Celtic this time round.
Lady luck will also play a part as they hope group leaders Molde can beat Fenerbahce.
Paradise last hosted this fixture in the group stage of the Champions League in 2013, as Celtic won 2-1 thanks to goals from James Forrest and Beram Kayal.

Charlie Mulgrew confirmed last night that he is fit enough to play tomorrow and could feature if required after a two-month layoff with injury.
Scott Brown has will miss eight to 12 weeks of action with an injury. He had a scan on Monday and be hoping to avoid surgery.
Nir Bitton and Stefan Johansen are both suspended.
Kris Commons is out as he continues to recover from illness and a hamstring injury.

Ronald de Boer’s side are without Thulani Serero, with highly-rated teenager Donny van de Beek drafted in to replace the injured midfielder.
Anwar El Ghazi, Daley Sinkgraven and Riechedly Bazoer remain sidelined for the Dutch league leaders.
