Former Celtic forward Georgios Samaras has signed for American side Rayo OKC.

The Greek international spent six years at Celtic and signed a one-year deal at the North American League Soccer side as per their official website.

Samaras left Celtic at the end of the 2014 season after the club decided against renewing his contract.

He went on to play for West Brom but struggled to break into their first-team and left after just one season by mutual consent following a loan spell in Saudi Arabia.
