Rodgers eyes move for Premier League midfielder
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is weighing up a move for Premier League midfielder Jordon Mutch in January.
The Crystal Palace player has falling out of favour with current manager Alan Pardew, making just three appearances for the club this season.
And according to the Daily Mail, Celtic will look to secure his services for £3.5 million in January after failing to secure James McCarthy and James Morrison in the summer.
Rodgers and his assistant Chris Davies are thought to be admirers of the box-to-box midfielder who has a contract with The Eagles until 2019.

Mutch moved from QPR to Palace at the beginning of 2015 for £4.75 million but has yet to score for the Premier League strugglers in a competitive game in 35 appearances.
The Englishman was an unused substitute at the weekend in a 2-1 loss to Celtic’s fellow Champions League group stage opponents, Manchester City – and could leave a Palace side that have picked up just 22 points in 2016.
