Liverpool interested in signing Kieran Tierney
With Jurgen Klopp on the hunt for a new left back, Celtic’s Kieran Tierney has emerged on Liverpool’s radar, according to The Mirror.
The 20-year-old Scotland international played a key part in Brendan Rodgers’ first season in charge in Scotland and has caught the eye of several managers around the country.
With millions of buyers ready and waiting, there’s no better place for you to sell than eBay.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez are believed to be keeping a close eye on the full back’s situation, with Klopp now turning his attention away from Monaco’s Benjamin Mendy to focus on new options, including Tierney.
The 20-year-old is highly thought of at Celtic and the Scottish champions are preparing themselves for a number of bids for the youngster.
Klopp is desperate to strengthen in that specific area of the pitch, with versatile midfielder James Milner filling in at left back for most of the season, with Milner even admitting that he hasn’t ‘enjoyed’ the role at times.
Alberto Moreno is currently the back-up option but it’s looking more and more like his Liverpool career is coming to an end.
Celtic will be desperate to keep the youngster so if Liverpool do want him, they will likely have to make a large offer and possibly even include a player in return, such as Harry Wilson, who Celtic are keen to sign.
