Former Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama has opened the door to a possible return to the club in the future.
Speaking to Celtic Quick News, Wanyama discussed his time in Scotland at length as well as his love for the Scottish champions.
Yes!! Why not? I’ve still got a lot of love for the club and I still follow the club, so who knows I might be back at the club in the future.
Wanyama joined Celtic back in 2011 from Beerschot, spending two years at the club before leaving to join Southampton.
He had been linked with a move to Scotland for some time before eventually joining in 2011 for just £900,000.
The Kenyan midfielder adapted to the Premier League with ease and has gone on to become a key part of Tottenham’s squad.
The midfielder was a popular figure at Celtic, where he won two Scottish Premiership titles and the Scottish Cup.
He was also voted as of the league’s Young Player of the Year back in the 2012-13 season.
