In the aftermath of a horrible performance in Norway, Celtic fans directed their frustration towards manager Ronny Deila.
Celtic rolled over at Molde beat them up and down the park and used the counter-attacking approach Celtic once adopted to perfection against the Hoops.
Fans took to the Daily Record Sports Hotline after the game to give their thoughts on the game, and as you can imagine, many weren’t happy with the performance and result.
Lawrie McCall called in to say: “Deila has a worse record in Europe than Napoleon. Winning the league is a formality, the only yardstick to measure progress is in Europe and he has failed miserably. His defence is too naive and he can’t alter tactics. He’s an idealist, a Scandinavian Tony Mowbray.”
Willie West emailed the Sports hotline and said: “That shambolic display against a team who are currently seventh in their league proves Celtic are going backwards under Deila. It’s time to walk, Ronny – and take the rest of your staff with you.”
While some fans weren’t happy about the performance, others backed the actions of Kris Commons after being substituted on 76 minutes.
Pat Thompson agreed with Commons’ frustration saying: “I don’t blame Commons for his reaction as he was the only man who could have caused them any damage. Why was he subbed? Deila is being shown up in Europe.”
One long time fan, Bill Finlay, said: “I’ve followed Celtic since the Scottish Cup final in 1965 and this is the worst team I’ve seen in all this time. Celtic are minnows now, the laughing stock of European football. Deila must go and I back Commons for his reaction – he was the only player who looked like doing anything at all.”
Fans also took to Twitter to vent their frustration and said it’s time for Deila to leave Celtic.

Goals from Kamara, Forren and Elyounoussi left Celtic dejected in terrible weather conditions as they crumbled at a vital time in the group stages of the Europa league.
On the night, Molde were much better and deserved the win, but for Celtic the defeat was compounded by an outburst from Kris Commons towards Deila and his backroom staff, something which he has now apologised for doing in public.
The loss leaves them facing an uphill battle in their final three games starting in two weeks time in the reverse fixture against Molde at Paradise.
