Celtic go into Saturday afternoon full of confidence off the back of Wednesday’s League Cup triumph over Hearts.
The Hoops will be looking to avenge their only domestic defeat of the season when they meet Aberdeen, who haven’t won in their last five games.
Aberdeen beat Celtic last month when these teams met when they were flying in the league as Celtic stuttered out of the blocks.
Now it’s a very different picture as a win would put Celtic seven points clear at the summit.
The Dons will have the advantage of not playing in midweek as they lost in their third-round tie in the League Cup, and will hope to cause Ronny Deila problems during a crucial period for the Norwegian as Celtic manager.
Celtic
Scott Brown will miss the game with a knee injury, while Charlie Mulgrew is also missing and Gary Mackay-Steven is a doubt with a groin strain.
Aberdeen
Cammy Smith has a slight groin problem and will miss the game, but everyone else is fit for selection by Derek McInnes.
