Celtic midfielder Tom Rogic has returned early from international duty with Australia after he
sustained a thigh injury.
Rogic came on as a substitute during Australia’s World Cup qualifier against Kyrgyzstan but will not travel with the squad for their upcoming tie against Bangladesh.
This news will be of huge concern to everyone connected with Celtic as the 22-year-old has finally started to make an impact in Ronny Deila’s side after battling numerous injuries since joining the club in 2013.

According to a Fox Sports report, Rogic reported a soreness in his quad on Friday morning, hence his early return.
Initial reports in Australia say the injury is only minor, however, the full extent will not be known until he has been tested upon his return.
The midfielder has been in fine form this season, scoring five goals in 16 games for Celtic and has hit a purple patch in the number 10 role behind Leigh Griffiths.
