According to reports, Celtic are scouting midfield wonderkid Marko Grujic.
The 19-year-old currently plays in the Serbian SuperLiga for Red Star Belgrade and is attracting a lot of interest across Europe.
Celtic scouts watched on as Grujic played for Serbia’s under-21 side against Italy, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The midfielder has been compared to Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic, boasting an impressive range of passing, great technique and strength for the role in the centre of midfield.

Red Star Belgrade famously developed Serbian international and former Manchester United and Inter Milan centre-back Nemanja Vidic. He played at Paradise three times in his career between the two clubs and knows how big of an occasion it is, especially on European nights.
Grujic is being scouted by a number of Premier League clubs including Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United.
With Red Star looking for a fee of about £4.5 million, it’s unlikely that Celtic can challenge financially with the Premier League powerhouses that are reportedly watching him closely.
£4.5 million for an untried 19year old !!! Yet another nonsense story
