Celtic will send Ryan Christie to a knee specialist as they look to quicken his recovery from injury.
The midfielder sustained the injury while on loan at Inverness in a match against Motherwell earlier this month.
Following scans on his knee, Christie was ruled out for at least four weeks – resulting in an early return to Parkhead.
Ronny Delia brought the 20-year-old to the Lennoxtown complex for rehabilitation and to bed him in with his new team-mates.

And according to the Daily Express, the Celtic medical team will seek a second opinion as a precaution despite being happy with Christie’s progress.
The report states they are going to send him to Andy Williams – a top knee specialist at the Fortius Clinic in London.
Williams has an impressive CV – having worked with a number of Premier League football teams and Premiership rugby teams.
And Delia will be hoping Williams can help accelerate the recovery process as he aims to integrate the Scotland Under-21 international into his squad.
