Celtic are set to miss out on another defender as Marko Leskovic is set move to Serie A side Hellas Verona according to the latest reports.
The 24-year-old central defender plays for Croatian side Rijeka, a club Celtic have kept a close eye on in recent times.
He was being monitored by scouts as early as November, with reports that the Croatian side placed a £4 million price tag on him.
Midfielder Ivan Mocinic was also linked with a move to Celtic after scouts watched him closely and the Hoops even reportedly submitted a bid for the 22-year-old, however those reports were later denied.

Leskovic is also attracting interest from Serie A side Lazio and Belgian side Club Brugge, meaning any potential move will be closely monitored.
The Croatian international made his debut back in June against Gibraltar and has three senior caps in total.
He has made 82 appearances to date for his current club and has scored seven goals from the centre-back position.
