Celtic laboured through the game in an eerie atmosphere as the Green Brigade opted for complete silence to send the board a clear message.
On the field there wasn’t much action either as Patrick Roberts and Kieran Tierney were the only players to show any urgency – and embarrassed some of the senior players once again.
Griffiths opened the scoring from nothing after 21 minutes to give Celtic the lead over Ross County.
The striker got his 38th goal of the season after firing the ball from the edge of the box into the top right corner with his weaker right foot.
County equalised after Celtic cleared a corner but didn’t close the ball down and Stewart Murdoch lashed the ball home from distance on 64 minutes.
