Jack Aitchison says his first Celtic appearance and goal was indescribable after the youngster came off the bench to make his debut.
The youngster became Celtic’s youngest debutant and two minutes after coming on he then became their youngest goal scorer, at 16 years and 71 days old.

Aitchison came off the bench on 75 minutes and was only the field for a brief period when he latched on to a loose ball and slotted home Celtic’s seventh goal as the mauled Motherwell.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, he said:
It’s indescribable, it’s an amazing feeling to make my debut and score with my first touch. The atmosphere after it was amazing.
I was trying to hold my position in midfield then the ball was deflected, it ran for me and with my first touch I scored.

I thought to try and take my time but things were going at 100/mph and it went in. As soon as I hit it I knew it was in, I just started running, after that it was just a dream come true.
I’ve dreamt of this since I was a wee boy, on the bench I was told that I could make history, it’s brilliant, I can’t describe it.
Celtic scored seven goals from seven different players on the day they said goodbye to manager Ronny Deila, how bowed out of Paradise with his second league title and was close to tears saying farewell.
Back in February, Aitchison scored on his debut at Paradise for the Celtic Youth team in the UEFA Youth League against Valencia, but went one better to score on his senior debut on Trophy Day.
Aitchison will now be hoping to continue improving and making an impression on the next manager to get more first-team minutes next season.
