Kieran Tierney has stated his intent on signing a new deal at Celtic soon and insists he will have to prove himself all over again to the next manager.
Having spent the last 11 years Celtic, whom he has supported all his life, Tierney is living the dream at Paradise after earning his first league winners medal.
Tierney also scored his first senior goal yesterday, as Celtic thumped Motherwell seven nil at Paradise.

As quoted by the Scotsman, when asked if he wanted a new contract, he said:
100 per cent. I’m still a teenager. Under a new manager it’s a brand new start. I’m still looking at being the young boy so I’ll be the young boy who has to prove himself again.
The second year will be harder. It’s been a tough year but I’ve won a few awards and that increases the expectations. People expect you to do well in every game and it will be hard.

Tierney has become a mainstay left-back in Ronny Deila’s side since the turn of the year and was used in alternating games previously by the Norwegian as he built up his match fitness.
Despite speculation that top Premier League clubs such as Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal were all keeping tabs on the 18-year-old, he has no personal interest outside of Celtic.
This season has seen him make his debut in the league and European competition, win his first Scotland cap and lift the Celtic Young Player of the Year Award as well as the SFA award several weeks ago – making 33 appearances in total.
With a new manager coming in this summer, the teenager will be hoping to impress him early and lay down a marker for next season, especially with the Champions League qualifiers just two months away.
