Celtic are in the running along with two other clubs to sign Reading midfielder Oliver Norwood.
The Championship central midfielder is currently away on international duty with Northern Ireland at the European Championships, but is already attracting interest from a number of clubs including Celtic according to The Belfast Telegraph.
Newly promoted Premier League duo Burnley and Hull are also thought to be interested in Norwood, who scored three goals and provided 12 assists in 50 appearances last season.
At the moment, Hull look to be the favorites to land the midfielder’s signature, with Steve Bruce looking to strengthen his squad ahead of the Premier League season.

Norwood is thought to be priced at around £1.5m, which would be well within the club’s budget, making him an ideal first signing for Rodgers.
Celtic have been tracking the player for some time and have regularly sent scouts to watch the midfielder that played in all but three league games this season for The Royals.
Rodgers wants to bring players to Celtic who are comfortable on the ball and Norwood suits his high-intensity style of play, so a move could be made by Celtic to avoid missing out on him.
