Steven Fletcher is unsure where his future lies as he is set to become a free agent and has spoken about the possibility of joining Celtic.
The 29-year-old striker fell out of favour under current manager Sam Allardyce and his predecessor Dick Advocaat – and will move on from the Premier League club for free this summer.
During his loan spell at Ligue 1 side Marseille, the Scottish international scored three goals and provided four assists in 18 appearances.
As quoted by ESPN, Fletcher spoke about a possible move to Celtic, saying:
They obviously have a new manager [Brendan Rodgers] so that is up to him.
But I haven’t had any contact with Celtic.
I know everyone likes to think I have, even in recent times when I have been linked with them there has never been any solid connection with me and them.

Fletcher has been regularly linked with a move back to Scotland since his move from Championship side Hibernian to Burnley back in 2009.
Goals have been a problem for the Scottish international during his time at the Black Cats and has found the net just four times in 18 appearances, including 11 starts.
In his 108 appearances for Sunderland since he signed in 2012, he’s found the net just 23 times.
With Celtic looking to make the Champions League next season and perform against the best teams in Europe, it remains to be seen whether Fletcher can offer what they are currently missing.
