Celtic are in talks to sign striker P J Crossan from Dunfermline, according to a report from The Courier.
The 17-year-old, who has been scouted by both Brighton & Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest, has apparently been on Celtic’s radar for some time and it appears that they have made a move to bring him to Celtic Park.
The Scotland U17 international spent the majority of last season playing with Dunfermline’s U20 side, but did manage to make a couple of cameos for the first team near the end of the campaign.

According to the report, Celtic do not have a fee with The Pars as Crossan contract with them has ran out, although the Scottish champions would have to pay compensation if they do decide to sign him.
The two clubs could look to come to an arrangement, but if they can’t, a fee would be decided by a tribunal.
We all owe thanks to the bunnet Fergus McCann for a truly magnificent stadium.
Now Peter Lawell and his co-horts are trying to destroy it with the introduction of 2.500 standing area.
They will not tell you this but the reason for this is to accommodate the green brigade, who up till now have cost us north of £2,500 in fines SO FAR.You may not know this, but at the moment the green brigade have their own area in area 111 which is a red area for every home match, which means the 90% ordinary supporters can not purchase tickets for this area.
That should read £200,000
