Brendan Rodgers is interested in signing Swansea City winger Nathan Dyer, according to a report from Wales Online.
Dyer spent last season on loan at Leicester City and made 14 appearances as the Foxes pulled off the most memorable title win in English Premier League history.
The 28-year-old is set to leave the Welsh-based side this summer on a permanent deal as he has just one year left on his contract, and they do not want to lose him for free next summer.
Dyer played under Rodgers at Swansea and he would provide the new manager another option in wide areas, something that he is apparently keen to add to his squad.
During his best period at Swansea, Dyer was linked with a call-up to the England national team. Although that never materialised, he did show signs of quality that Rodgers would hope to get out of him once again if he was able to do a deal to get him to Parkhead.
