After the latest international break, October is set to be a busy month for Brendan Rodgers’ side, as Celtic will play five games in total.
They kicked off the month with a 1-0 away win to Dundee a couple of days ago, where skipper Scott Brown scored to secure all three points. The international break is just around the corner, but club football will be back within no time.
The team has fixtures to play in not just the league, but the Champions League and the League Cup too. Having a number of games may be seen as a bad thing when tiredness is considered a factor, but it’s also an opportunity for players to compete for a starting place in the team.
There are some tough games coming up this month, so the gaffer will be keeping close tabs on players’ fitness and motivation. Kick-off times as well as where you can watch every game if you can’t be at Paradise or on any away trips.
