After another comfortable domestic win at the weekend, Celtic turn their attention to a crucial game on Wednesday night.
German side Borussia Monchengladbach haven’t won in three games are expected to have some crucial players missing for the third group stage game in the Champions League.
Brendan Rodgers’ side drew 3-3 in a thrilling encounter with Manchester City last time out in Group C, where as Monchengladbach fell to a 2-1 defeat at home to Barcelona.
A win for Celtic will increase their chances of European football dramatically and could find themselves in a very positive position in just over a fortnights time with two games remaining if results go their way in the groups other game.
On the other hand, the Hoops would face an uphill battle if they failed take enough points from the next two games as they face two difficult games at home to Barcelona and Manchester City away.

After missing Staurday’s 2-0 win over Motherwell, Tom Rogic is expected to return to the side after travelling 20,000 miles over the international break.
Mikael Lustig and Nir Bitton both trained ahead of the game are are also expected to return to the team.
Borussia Monchengladbach
Andreas Christensen is out after suffering an injury to his gluteal at the weekend against Hamburg.
Thorgan Hazard, Josip Drmic and Raffael are also out having also missed Saturday’s game through injury.
