Manager Brendan Rodgers was full of praise for his players after Celtic ran-out as 3-0 winners over Inverness today.
The Hoops didn’t take the lead until early in the second half and proved too strong for their opponents in the end.

Speaking to the media after today’s win, Rodgers spoke of both players by saying:
I thought Stu was brilliant. He adapted well, there was no drama & I thought he played the position really well and should have scored.
There’s been a lot said about Callum McGregor missing in midweek but you should write about his pass for our first goal today. His improvisation & ability to flick it between two defenders to set Scotty up. Once we got the goal we started to move through gears.
The win ensures that Celtic’s unbeaten run in the Premiership continues, with Rodgers’ side winning ten of their eleven games so far.
Rodgers was particularly happy with the performances of both Stuart Armstrong and Callum McGregor, who both played a big part in the outcome of today’s match.
The manager described Stuart Armstrong as 'the blond Cafu' for his Man of the Match performance in an unfamiliar right-back role.

The international break now lies ahead, giving some players the chance to rest before getting back to club duty.
Next up for Celtic is an away trip to seventh place Kilmarnock, with the Hoops having the opportunity to extend their current domestic clean-sheet tally to six games.
