Celtic are on the verge of creating history this weekend if they win the League Cup on Sunday. The Hoops have 99 major honours, and a win against Aberdeen would put them on a century of trophies.
The Hoops go into the final at Hampden looking to get back to winning ways, after losing to Barcelona during the midweek. Brendan Rodgers, who has been impressive so far as Celtic boss, has a chance to write his name in Celtic folklore if the champions can beat the Dons.
During Celtic’s 129 year history, the Hoops have won have won 15 League Cups, 36 Scottish Cups, 47 league titles and of course the most famous trophy of them all, the European Cup.
