Team news: Celtic v Dundee (H)

Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic side are in action again on Saturday when Dundee travel to Glasgow.

Celtic edged out Hamilton at Paradise in midweek and will play twice more at home after this weekend before the New Year.

Rodgers side are still unbeaten in domestic football this season, and will look to maintain that run over their five remaining games this month.

Dundee are currently tenth in the table, and The Hoops beat Paul Hartley’s side 1-0 earlier this season at Dens Park.

Celtic

Captain Scott Brown is suspended for Saturday’s game.

Scott Sinclair will be managed after recovering from a hamstring injury and could make his first appearance on Saturday since Celtic’s 2-0 loss to Barcelona.

Kieran Tierney is training once again but won’t return until after the New Year as he recovers from ankle and shoulder surgery.

James Forrest remains out with a hamstring injury and hasn’t returned to training.

Scott Allan has returned to Celtic to receive treatment for a knee injury before returning to Rotherham to see out his season-long loan with the Championship club.

Dundee

Celtic loanee Michael Duffy is ineligible.

Mark O’Hara and Julen Etxabeguren return to the squad after injury but Paul McGowan is suspended.
