Scott Sinclair’s second half strike extended Celtic’s lead at the top to 19 points on Hogmanay at Ibrox.

Kenny Miller gave Rangers the lead on 13 minutes following some poor defending from Celtic.
Emilio Izaguirre was beaten too easily in behind and both Erik Sviatchenko and Mikael Lustig failed to pick up Miller.
Scott Sinclair made a terrific run down the left wing on 32 minutes and fired a shot which cannoned back off the post.
Two minutes later Moussa Dembele levelled the game with a stunning left footed strike after the home side failed to clear the ball from a corner kick.
Dembele has a huge chance on 49 minutes to give Celtic the lead but scuffed his shot from Lustig’s through ball.
One minute later James Forrest had a shot well saved by Wes Foderingham as Celtic began to get a foothold in the game.
Dembele came close again from a brilliant cross by Callum McGregor but could only direct it onto the crossbar as Sinclair smashed the rebound into the side netting.
Sinclair gave Celtic the lead after some great play from Armstrong and substitute Patrick Roberts.
