A five star performance, including a hat-trick from Scott Sinclair, secured a sixth consecutive league title for Celtic and Brendan Rodgers’ first in charge of the club.

Callum McGregor had a goal wrongly ruled out in the opening minutes of the game and should’ve scored from close range on 16 minutes.

Patrick Roberts was involved in both of Sinclair’s goal, the first came from a quick one-two on the edge of the box and an inch perfect through ball allowed the winger to smash the ball into the net.

Again Roberts played a perfectly weighted through ball to Sinclair that was cooly finished by Sinclair for his 20th goal for the Hoops.

Stuart Armstrong made it three on 55 minutes with a measured finish into the bottom right corner and six minute slater Roberts curled one into the top left corner.

Sinclair completed his hat-trick with six minutes remaining in the game from the penalty spot.
