Celtic rounded off their 2016/17 season with a 2-0 victory over Hearts meaning they became invincibles, winning 34 league games and drawing just four all season.

Brendan Rodgers’ side are clearly the best team in Scotland and the Celtic players and fans all took to social media during and after the game to celebrate another title win.

As the 67th minute drew near, the Green Brigade paid tribute to the Celtic that lifted the European Cup in 1967.
