Dedryck Boyata ha spoken about the fixture list after him and his Celtic teammates will play Motherwell three times in six days.
The two sides met at Hampden Park in the Betfred Scottish League Cup Final, with the Hoops winning 2-0 with two second-half goals. However, prior to this, it was decided they would face each other in a double-header the following week.
The Bhoys will play Motherwell three times at three different grounds in under a week: Hampden Park, Fir Park on Wednesday night and Celtic Park on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Rangers and Aberdeen face a double-header as well, with a meeting at Ibrox on Wednesday and Pittodrie on Sunday.

Speaking to the media, Boyata said (via Daily Record):
I saw the fixtures. It doesn’t look good from a playing point of view. You want to see other faces, you know. However, I don’t make the schedules, I only play the games.
Celtic players only had one day off, Monday, to celebrate their League Cup win against Motherwell, before they were in training again, to face Motherwell midweek before their match this weekend, against Motherwell.
Boyata has said however that he is just happy to be playing, after seeing the unbeaten season last campaign mostly from the sidelines, saying (via Daily Record):
I have come so far from where I was a year ago and that is why I will never complain about playing. I am just enjoying the moment, I can’t even criticise the prospect of playing the same team three times.
