Celtic defender Kieran Tierney has been named in the UEFA Champions League breakthrough team after a string of impressive performances.
As confirmed on UEFA’s official website, Tierney has been named alongside the likes of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, Manchester City’s Ederson and Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio.

The team is made up of players under the age of 24 and is selected by UEFA’s reporters and editors.
Tierney has risen to prominence throughout the last 18 months under Brendan Rodgers and is attracting a lot of interest from the Premier League.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all reportedly keeping tabs on the player ahead of a potential summer move.
