Brendan Rodgers has admitted that there could be several ins and several outs at Celtic during the January transfer window and it seems like there are going to be some outgoings first to make way for new arrivals.
After a deal for Red Bull Leipzig’s Marvin Compper was finalised for a reported £1m, the writing was on the wall for Erik Sviatchenko who has been on the outside looking in at Celtic this season and it appears as if the Denmark international will be leaving the club this month.

The 26-year-old made two appearances in the Champions League qualifiers back in the summer but hasn’t featured for the Bhoys since early August.
After two years at the club, it’s likely that Sviatchenko will be leaving the club and the Daily Record state that he is set to subject to a £1.5m bid from FC Copenhagen in a move that would see him return to his homeland, however, Premier League side Southampton have also contacted the defender regarding a move.
