Brendan Rodgers had admitted the Moussa Dembele is a different player amid transfer speculation, even with Celtic receiving no bids for the Frenchman.
Speaking to the Daily Record after Celtic’s 5-0 win over Brechin City in the Scottish Cup, Rodgers admitted that there had been some enquiries for the striker, and that he had noticed that the player had been acting differently.
He said; “There have been a couple of enquiries about him…it’s been clear he’s not been quite the same player.”

Numerous Premier League clubs are reportedly interested in bringing Dembele down south. Brighton have reportedly been the most interested club while West Ham and Crystal Palace have also shown an interest in picking up the Frenchman.
However, with Brighton recently signing PSV Eindhoven striker Jurgen Locadia for a club record fee of over £14 million, interest in Dembele could be cooled. With interest coming from other clubs in this window, it may be hard for the Hoops to keep hold of the striker.
