Leigh Griffiths scored against his former club as Celtic remained 11 points clear at the top of the table after a narrow win over Hibernian.
Ofir Marciano beat the ball away to deny Griffiths early on, but could only divert it into Scott Sinclair’s path who somehow hit the post from just two-yards out.
Six minutes later Sinclair played in Griffiths after beating his man down the left-wing, but the striker mis-hit the ball from nine-yards out skewing wide of the left-hand post.
Loanne Brandon Barker raced up the other end 30 seconds later and forced Craig Gordon into a save with his right foot, the away sides best chance of the opening 45 minutes.
On 27 minutes Griffiths scored his first goal against his former club after a fantastic delivery into the box from Kieran Tierney.
Having peeled off his man at the back post, the Scot diverted the ball towards goal with an outstretched right leg for his 11th goal of the season.
Neither side created any clear openings in the second half and the Hoops will now turn their attention to Hearts for another home clash against an Edinburgh based side.
