Brendan Rodgers has revealed that a greatest hits video session with Moussa Dembele inspired the striker back to form in the 3-1 win over Hearts.
The 21-year-old delivered a great display in front of the Parkhead crowd as he set up the first two goals, for Odsonne Edouard and Dedryck Boyata, then grabbed his own and Celtic’s third after some great wing play from Kieran Tierney.
After going through his best moments at Celtic so far, Rodgers believestht session reminded the goalscorer of his great ability as the young Frenchman is set to stay at the club, despite some intense transfer speculation this month.
We sat down in the week with Moussa and had a chat over a couple of days and in the second day we pulled together some videos of his work and what his strengths are and through everything that has gone on, he maybe has come away a wee bit from what his strengths are.

The manager was delighted to see Dembele replicate some of his excellent form from last season where he grabbed 32 goals in his debut year at Celtic.
So it was really just a case of looking at his game, breaking his game down and highlighting what type of player he is and when he is like that, when he is pressing and playing in the last line and holding the ball up, he is very hard to cope with and that was much more like that tonight.
Rodgers also handed a debut to loan signing Charly Musonda in the victory as a substitute and was pleased to see the young attacker in action for the first time.
It will take a wee bit of time to find the rhythm with team mates but you see his qualities.
As Celtic gained revenge over Hearts for their 4-0 thumping in December, Rodgers also confirmed that the club are working hard to try and sign one or two more players to the squad before Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
