Celtic have finalised a deal to sign Dundee defender Jack Hendry in a deal worth around £1 million.
Hendry becomes the fifth and final acquisition of the January transfer window, after the arrival of Marvin Compper, Lewis Morgan, Charly Musonda and Scott Bain.
The news of the four-and-a-half-year deal was confirmed on Celtic’s official website, and the deal was done minutes before window closed.
Brendan Rodgers has now added quality to his side that he was looking for to go and kick on during the second half of the season.

The 22-year-old only joined Dundee in the summer after arriving from Wigan. He made 25 appearances in his time at the club and played as recently as Tuesday night in the Scottish Cup win over Inverness.
The young defender has been on Rodgers’ radar for sometime and Celtic already had a bid rejected earlier this month.
With Marvin Compper still to make an appearance in the squad through injury, and centre-bacl Erik Sviatchenko out on loan, there could be a space in the team for Hendry to prove his qualities at this level.
He will only have to look as far as new teammate Kristoffer Ajer for inspiration with the young Norwegian stepping into the side and performing very well after being given a chance to shine.
