Celtic star striker Moussa Dembele has made it clear that he wasn’t fazed by the constant speculation about his future during the January transfer window.
The young Frenchman was subject to strong interest from some Premier league clubs, as Brendan Rodgers confirmed the club had rejected a bid that was not up to Dembele’s value.

Dembele got back to scoring goals in a 3-1 win against Hearts last month and put in an terrific shift against Zenit St. Petersburg last Thursday with some key hold up play as the Hoops claimed a vital victory.
The 21-year-old striker has said injuries are what have held him back this season and not the talk of a transfer.
It might have looked to other people outside that I was affected by speculation but that was never the case.
It is not something that is new to me. I have been in this position many times in many career.
For me, it is always about playing football and scoring goals. Nothing else matters to me. That is what my focus is. It is what it is now and it is what it will be until the end of the season.
With a recent injury to Leigh Griffiths, a fully fit Dembele will to have nail down the starting place in Rodgers’ side and get back to his goal scoring form that he showed last season
As Celtic prepare to face Zenit away in Russia in the second leg of their Europa league last-32 tie, they will be relying on another strong performance up top from Dembele to see them through.
