Brendan Rodgers reportedly wishes to have Ryan Christie back in the East End of Glasgow, as he wants the Scot to prove he can play for the Scottish champions, according to The Daily Record.
Christie has been on loan at Aberdeen since January 2017, as they try and fight against Rangers for second place in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Christie has scored three goals in the league this season for the Dons while scoring two goals in the Scottish Cup against St Mirren. Aberdeen face Motherwell in the semi-final as Celtic face Old Firm rivals Rangers at Hampden Park that weekend.
And it looks like Rodgers is keen to have Christie from Aberdeen back at Celtic Park fighting for a first-team spot.

Rodgers has opened contract talks with the midfielder, whose current contract at Celtic runs out in the summer of 2019, but Rodgers wants to extend that for a further year.
This is bad news for Derek McInnes, who has said on numerous occasions that he would like to bring the 23-year-old to Pittodrie on a permanent deal.
Christie is now with Alex McLeish as part of his first Scotland squad, who play friendlies against Costa Rica and Hungary this international break. But when he gets back, he could be putting pen to paper for an extension at Celtic Park.
