Celtic may have lifted the Scottish Premiership title at Celtic Park on Sunday, but they were unable to prevent Aberdeen from consigning them to a surprise defeat.
The Hoops have enjoyed yet another superb season under the management of Brendan Rodgers and were able to show their appreciation to the fans at Celtic Park following the game against Aberdeen.
However, a goal from Andrew Considine just after the restart was enough to help the visitors to an unlikely away win.
Aberdeen went down to 10 men near the end of the match, with Shay Logan receiving his marching orders two minutes into the allocated stoppage time.
It was a celebratory afternoon for the Bhoys, but their performance against Aberdeen was certainly one that won’t live for long in the memory of many supporters.
Here are our Celtic player ratings from the loss.
Scott Bain - 5
Was beaten all too easily at his near post for the goal. Aside from this, he was generally comfortable.
Mikael Lustig - 6
Lustig was hardly effective in the match, but he didn’t have a noticeably bad game.
Dedryck Boyata - 7
One of Celtic’s better players on the day. Boyata defended well, displaying composure and precision in possession.
Kristoffer Ajer - 6
Had a rather indifferent game. He wasn’t tested too much defensively and attempted to at least progress the play with his passing.
Kieran Tierney - 6
Like most of his teammates, Tierney turned in a pretty average performance. He worked hard but was ineffective.
Scott Brown - 7
Worked relentlessly hard in the middle and displayed a greater urgency to win his challenges than many others.
Olivier Ntcham - 6
Showed glimpses of quality but was quiet by his standards.
James Forrest - 5
Forrest was quiet and couldn’t quite influence the match.
Tom Rogic - 5
Looked bright early on but continued to fade as the game went on.
Callum McGregor - 5
Much like Forrest and Rogic, McGregor struggled to influence the game.
Moussa Dembele - 7
Worked relentlessly hard and was always alert to danger. He wasn’t provided with a great deal of service but had a good game.
