Celtic sign teenager Ben Wylie from Linfield Rangers
Celtic have signed youngster Ben Wylie from Linfield Rangers.
Celtic have been keeping tabs on the midfielder due to his impressive performances, both for Linfield Rangers and the Northern Ireland underage sides, and they’ve clearly seen enough to offer him a deal to join the club.
Wylie was a major contributor to County Antrim’s SuperCupNI success last year as he captained his side as they claimed an impressive victory over GPS Bayern.
Celtic will continue their quest to find the best young talent and bring them to the club, and with Brendan Rodgers being a firm believer in giving young players a chance to impress if they perform well at the academy, it is no surprise to see youngster being so keen to make the move to Glasgow.
The 15-year-old will join up with him teammates in July for pre-season.
