According to reports from the Italian media, Celtic striker Moussa Dembele has emerged as a target for Lazio.
It’s reported by Goal Italia that the Frenchman has been identified by Lazio as a potential replacement for Felipe Caicedo, whose future in Serie A has come under scrutiny in recent times.
Dembele has been perennially linked with a move away from Celtic after establishing himself as a key man for Brendan Rodgers’ side, but the Hoops remain desperate to keep hold of their star man.
Lazio are understood to be keen on recruiting fresh attacking signings to provide Ciro Immobile with some competition ahead of the upcoming Serie A season.
Simone Inzaghi’s men have reportedly identified a whole host of strikers as potential targets this summer, but Dembele appears to be emerging as a primary target for the Italian giants.
Celtic remain well-stocked with attacking options, but they’ll certainly be keen to refuse any future offers for Dembele.
