Celtic defender Kristoffer Ajer is considered as a ‘serious doubt’ for the Europa League game against Rosenborg on Thursday.
BBC Sport report that Brendan Rodgers himself has confirmed the Norwegian defender is suffering from a virus, which could keep him sidelined.
Ajer started Friday night’s 0-0 draw against St Mirren, but now faces the possibility of missing the game.

Rodgers could be forced to call upon Leicester City loanee Filip Benkovic, who impressed in the league on Friday night.
Jack Hendry is also likely to be considered for a place in the starting XI on Thursday night. Hendry himself has only recently returned to the squad from injury.
With Jozo Simunovic still sidelined with a knee injury, Rodgers has a decision to make at the back.
The news comes as a blow to the Hoops, who will be looking to make an impact in the Europa League after their disappointing exit from the Champions League.
