Former St Mirren defender Lee Mair thinks that Brendan Rodgers should turn to youngster Lewis Morgan to rejuvenate Celtic’s season.
As reported by the Daily Record, Mair believes that Morgan has the capabilities to add quality to the Hoops squad, who are enduring their worst start to the season in some years.
Lewis is probably just what Celtic are needing at the moment. The criticism of Celtic seems to be that they are a bit slow and laboured but Lewis will give them something in the final third.
It’s his sharpness which is important, where they have been struggling in recent weeks. Brendan probably signed him with the long-term in mind.

Celtic have struggled in the final third after losing Moussa Dembele to Lyon and currently sit sixth in the Scottish Premiership after as many games.
Having impressed at St Mirren, Morgan agreed a deal to join Celtic last season and remained at his former side on loan until the summer.
However, injuries have hampered his start to the season, meaning he is only just breaking into the first-team picture at the club.
The Hoops face St Johnstone in the League Cup on Wednesday night before a big game against Aberdeen at the weekend.
