Former Everton, Manchester United and West Ham manager David Moyes has admitted that he is interested in one day taking the top spot at Celtic Park.
The Scot, a former centre-back with the Hoops, openly declared his desire to one day return to Glasgow in a managerial role, but not just yet.
Speaking to Open Goal, Moyes said:
Yeah I would be [interested in the job]. It’s my home and I’d like to come back and do it sometime, but while the Premier League’s so strong, that would probably still remain my interest.

Brendan Rodgers currently has three years left on his ongoing deal with the Bhoys and it’s difficult to envisage him not seeing out most, if not all of those.
Two years ago Moyes came close to taking the job, holding talks with Peter Lawwell after Ronny Deila left the club. He decided to return to Premier League football though, at that juncture.
His failure to secure to position doesn’t seem to hold any regret, but it’s clear the 55-year-old is growing more and more keen to manage back home.
