Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is reportedly interested in taking the job at Aston Villa in the Championship.
Villa are looking for a new boss after they sacked Steve Bruce last week following a 3-3 draw with Preston North End.
According to The Daily Star, via The BBC, Rodgers is interested in making the move back to England.
The report does, however, claim that Theirry Henry is in pole position to land the role after he was heavily linked with the club before the start of the season.
Rodgers has come under fire this season, with his side struggling in the Scottish league and Europa League – having been knocked out of the Champions League in qualifying.
Celtic are fifth in the league after seven games played and Rodgers may look to leave after their poor start and try to get Aston Villa promoted to the Premier League.
