Celtic captain Scott Brown has long epitomised the club, acting as a role model for all future and current Hoops players.
He’s received an unbelievable amount of praise over the years for a career that has seen him win trophies most players can only dream of.
But now he’s been linked to a move away from Celtic Park to continue his superlative career – in Australia.
Western Melbourne want to sign Brown but only if they’re accepted into the A-League for the 2019/2020 season.

Albeit an ambitious bid from a club with no future guarantees just yet, the newly formed side find out their fate later this month.
Brown’s contract ends next summer but there have been murmurs of discussions between his representatives and Peter Lawwell to extend that deal.
It’s well known the Scot wants to also earn his coaching badges and perhaps Western Melbourne offers him a chance to do that whilst continuing to play.
There’s no reason to think Celtic won’t offer him the same privilege, however. Brendan Rodgers would certainly make a good manager to take tutelage from.

There’s been a number of high profile players to venture Down Under over the years, including Dwight Yorke and Alessandro Del Piero.
Former sprinter Usain Bolt is also maximising the league’s reach with his presence at Central Coast Mariners, playing alongside another Scotsman, Ross McCormack.
Whatever Brown does, he’ll undoubtedly be remembered as a club legend.
