Celtic legend John Hartson has heaped praise on Tom Rogic and James Forrest in his Evening Times column.
Forrest has his four goal performance against St Johnstone fresh in the mind, whilst Rogic was on target in Saturday’s 4-2 win at home to Hibernian.
It comes at a useful time for Celtic, too.
A tricky start to the season saw Brendan Rodgers’ side fall to some unfavourable results in the league, in addition to failing to qualify for the Champions League.

The loss of Moussa Dembele on transfer deadline day had left a serious void in the attacking ranks at Parkhead, but Rogic and Forrest seem to have stepped up to pull their weight.
Hartson said:
Tom Rogic and James Forrest were pretty much unplayable at the weekend against Hibs. Forrest for me is playing out of skin at the minute and the work he does is huge for the strikers – his pace and his final ball mean he is always able to create something and any forward worth his salt should be feeding off that.
Further to his adulation of Forrest, Hartson then said of Rogic:
We all know what Rogic has got too. He is an elegant player but he will know himself that as Celtic go into games such as this one on Thursday night [Europa League clash with RB Leipzig] that he has got to be able to reproduce a performance at the same level as the one against Hibs.
It seems that the Bhoys are slowly but surely working things out this year, but success against Leipzig will be critical to success on the European stage.
