Odsonne Edouard named on Golden Boy 2018 final shortlist

Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has been named on the 20-man final shortlist for the 2018 Golden Boy award.

The award is handed to the best U21 player in Europe and Edouard has made the final 20-man shortlist. The winner of the award will be announced in December as 30 journalists from outlets across Europe give their final votes.

Kylian Mbappe is the favourite to win the award after his amazing World Cup performances, but his fellow countryman Edouard is certainly in with a shout of finishing in the top ten of the voting.
