Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that Celtic duo Kieran Tierney and Odsonne Edouard will miss the game against Dundee.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, as reported by Alison Conroy, Rodgers confirmed that the game has come around too quickly for the pair, but he is hoping to have them back in action sooner rather than later.
It has been revealed that Edouard is likely to play some part against Aberdeen and Rangers, with Tierney now also expected to feature over the Christmas period.
There were serious concerns that Celtic could be without their French striker during the festive period.
Tierney has also been struggling with injuries, with fatigue getting the better of the defender who had been ever-present for the Hoops up until recently.

Rodgers was also able to deliver some good news in the form of Ryan Christie, who has been passed fit to feature against Dundee.
Christie has been out of the team after an injury against Red Bull Salzburg and will be welcomed return to the squad.
