Celtic target Timothy Castagne has revealed that he would love to test himself in either the Premier League or the Bundesliga.
The Daily Record reports that the Atalanta defender has talked up a move away from Italy in the near future, but not necessarily to join Celtic.
The 23-year-old was heavily linked with a £6 million move to join the Hoops earlier this week.
After struggling to hold down a place in the Atalanta side this season, the defender is searching for regular first-team football and Celtic are said to be keen.
I can see Germany and England, two competitions where it goes forward and there is less tactic than in Italy, as two competitions that attract me.

While the defender joked about where he may end up, he did reinforce his desire to complete a move away from the club in order to play regularly.
It’s my second year [in Italy] and I have to play. I do not want to have to say to myself every week: Maybe I’ll fall out of the team this week.
Celtic are looking to strengthen in the right-back position following some mixed performances from Mikael Lustig this season, who is attracting interest from his native Sweden as he reaches the latter stages of his career.
