Andrew Gutman has dropped a major hint that he could be on his way to Celtic this month.

After being heavily linked with a move to join the Scottish champions, Gutman took to social media and followed the club’s official account, a major hint that something is in the works in the modern day transfer window.

Reports have claimed that the Hoops have launched a move to sign Gutman, with the defender earning rave reviews in America.

Gutman was recently named as the winner of the MAC Hermann Trophy, an award that is presented to the best player in college soccer, a sign of how highly he is rated.

Rangers have also been keen to snap up his services, having previously invited the player in for a trial. However, it looks like the defender is Celtic-bound.

Gutman could become Celtic’s fourth senior signing of the January window after Oliver Burke, Timothy Weah and Vakoun Issouf Bayo were all brought into the club.
