Hull City manager Nigel Adkins has confirmed that he is interested in signing Celtic winger Lewis Morgan on loan this month.
The Tigers coach claimed the club have watched the 22-year old ahead of a potential switch, with Morgan having only made nine league appearances for Celtic this season, all from the bench.
As such, the Scotland international has been linked with a loan move away from Parkhead, and Adkins has admitted that he would be interested in bringing him to the KCOM Stadium this month.

Adkins sees Morgan as good competition for Kamil Grosicki and Jarrod Bowen, while also padding out their squad with more quality.
Talking about Morgan, as reported by the Hull Daily Mail, the former Southampton manager said:
We’ve had a look at a lot of players in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and obviously Lewis is one.
Celtic have brought two or three players in forward-wise.
He’s a young lad and did really well at his previous club but that wasn’t in the top level of Scottish football.
Young lad, dynamic winger, he’s exciting to watch. Will that happen with us, will that happen with another football club?
I’m sure his agent’s going to be working very hard to get him somewhere.
Hull aren’t the only club eyeing up a loan deal for the winger, with Hibernian, Birmingham City, Sunderland and former club and last season’s loan destination St Mirren all also interested.
