Scott Brown is set to stay at Celtic and extend his time with the club, according to the Daily Record.
The 33-year-old’s future has been up in the air this month, with his 12-year spell at Parkhead rumoured to be coming to an end.
Brown was strongly linked with a move to Western Melbourne in Australia’s A-League, as well as Dubai-based team Al-Wasli, after two months of “soul-searching”.
The veteran midfielder has now reportedly decided to stay at Celtic, however, acting as a huge boost to Brendan Rodgers.

He will sign a new two-year extension after discussions with chief executive Peter Lawwell.
It is a significant piece of news for Celtic, who would have been dealt a major blow if such a key presence had chosen to leave.
He will now likely see out his career with the Hoops, no doubt aiming to win plenty more silverware in the next couple of years.
Celtic are attempting to secure 10 major domestic trophies in a row this season – Brown’s influence will be vital in achieving that.
